Gujarathi Empire Group is in discussion with Seapearl Shipping based in Singapore for complete takeover .

This deal is supported by Gujarathi Empire Group mumbai based private equity investor . Seapearl is active in shipping business in Singapore from last 10 years and by complete take over it will helps GE to expand it’s operation now onwards in Singapore Region .
Yet the complete process will be expected to be done by October of this year 2026.
