Gujarathi Empire Group established by Mr. Ashutosh Gujarathi & family back in 2016. Intially the group started with old transport business and core export of agro commodities from Mahasashtra India. Expanded in past few years and with diversified portfolio

From 2017 Own In Land transportation and logistics service provider and export of agro commodities, Import export container movements
From 2021 post covid Ship brokering / Chartering / Trade Solutions and Commodity sourcing in dry bulk.
In 2022 Group founded Information Technology division as well as Kumar Gujarathi Foundation.
In 2023 Shipping firm decided to play role in Ship Purchase & Sale as well as Tanker Market.

Ashutosh Gujarathi

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ashutosh Gujarathi is ex merchant navy officer and marine engineer by graduation taken over father old transport business after his sudden demise and founded Gujarathi Empire Group of companies back in 2016 and today diversified the company portfolio into Exports , Shipping and Logistics . As born and brought up from Gujarathi Business Family from pune he is having strong focus into business development , commercials of the group . His leadership quality paved the way for Gujarathi Empire.

Swarup Chingale

Chief Financial Officer

Practicing Chartered Accountant by Profession since 2014. Swarup is with GE Group since its foundation back in 2016. Currently looking after all finance , budgets of group various ongoing projects in Shipping and IT and Statutory Compliance for all group companies.

Satyajeet Karale Patil

Legal Advisor (Advocate)

Sattyajeet Karale Patil is a practicing lawyer. Being the top three youngest advocates in India he practices in crimes, Narcotics, cyber law, family law, forensic, consumer laws and other arenas. He is enrolled with the Bar Council India and Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. Also he is on legal board of Advisor for GE Group since 2022.

Ketan Sojitra

CFO & Director of Business Strategy

Ketan Sojitra an engineer of Gujarathi Empire group new business and services launched . He is having 28 years + experience in business model , strategy , management , developing business in new markets . He has previously executed more than 1000 projects all over the globe and joined GE Group in 2018 and started with agro exports and FTL logistics setup from scratch.

Ashish Babel

Chief Technology Officer

By profession IT Engineer Ashish Babel also from inception of GE Group. Currently leading all Technology and Infrastructure Requirements of group along with IT products Fleetezy and Autocaps. Having vast 7 years of experience in Software development and strategy with problem solving attitude.

Samkit Mehta

Incharge Operations & Adminstration Dept

Mr. Samkit Metha is aspirant MBA currently looking after group all over daily operations of FTL logistics , exports and shipping .Well versatile personality , confidence and able to solve any situations, problems of day to day in calm state of mind makes him stand different and has been proved the same time to time.

Chaitrali Talathi

President Kumar Gujarathi Foundation

President for Kumar Gujarathi Foundation and looking after CSR activities and social projects of group.

Chinmay Wasnik

Chartering Manager

Chinmay Wasnik has completed his graduation in BSC Nautical Science and has a sailing experience of 3 years onboard as an officer. Currently looking after all dry bulk chartering, breakbulk, voyage estimations, Pre and Post fixing operations from last 1 year. Well confident and able to handle the responsibilities allotted. Joined GE Group dry bulk desk in 2022 .
